    Finished Issues 1 and 2. Like those twinkle sisters. Two issues in and I'm a little lost on this story; might reread issues 1 and 2 before 3 comes in.

    Re-read issue 1. Vildar Mac is dead. Religious artifacts stolen. Who is this new thief who has killed Vildar? Time to read back story then off to issue 2.

    Vildar, Oliviah both buried alive under old Jedi relics? This story is odd. I’m not 100% sure I get the relevance of these stolen artifacts. Awaiting issue 6 to see if they survive. Which of course; they will… again.

    Finished issue 6. Our heroes came together to survive the attack and reduce Vildar who survives the collapse by using the force.

    Our heroes are held up in salvation while they try to figure out what has caused the sudden unrest. Turns out this is nothing more than a distraction while rebels lead by an unknown antagonist try to find an ancient relic called the Rod of Daybreak. Final panel ends with Oliviah stabbed with her own light saber. Oh my. On to issue 8. Soundtrack for this series: Frankie and the Witch Fingers - Monsters Eating People Eating Monsters.

    Finished issue 8. The story is coming together. The Herald is in search of the Rod of Daybreak as it connects to the already found Rod of Seasons which can then be used to control a creature called the Leveler. Off to issue 9 to see what the Herald and Leveler are capable of.

    Finished issue 9. What a lot to unpack. We get our first issue with Leveler and also last issue as Vildar turns to the dark side to defeat leveler. Vildar acquired the dark force by grabbing an ancient artifact. A gauntlet of some kind. All this occurs after Tey has been killed by the Leveler. On to issue 10 where we’ll have to see how our new dark Vildar turns his attention towards Herald who started this all.
