Sept 2022 4 Player Playlist

NEW: = games purchased for Sept 2022 run. 

Start with some Party Games!

1. NEW: Shakes on a Plane - Time management, on a plane!
2. Urban Flow - Control traffic lights.  Co-operative puzzle game.
3. NEW: Super Blood Hockey - PvP or PvC?  
4. Boomerang-Fu - Again, PVP or PVC? 
5. Death Squared -  Fun, puzzler platform based heavily on co-op play.  Never tried 4 players!
6. Overcooked 1 - Somewhat chaotic time management game.
7. Overcooked 2 - Even harder chaotic time management game. 
8. Moving Out - Somewhat chaotic time management game.  
9. Fly Together - Somewhat chaotic time management game.

Move into some Beat-em Ups:

1. NEW: Paw Paw Paw - New side scroller with RPG elements. 
2. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World™: - probably the best beat em up on the list. Awesome music and upgrade. 

Try some Tower Defense:

1. Yet Another Zombie Defense HD - Classic and only 4 player tower defense I can find. 

Need a break? Try some Single Player action and take turns.

1. Dead Cells - incredible rogue-lite with high re-playability. 
2. NEW: Anodyne - classic PC game ported to switch.  
3. Hades - Try this amazing, highly rated roguelite.  Lots re re-playability.  Create a new character?
4. Slay the Spire - level up my character? 

Move into some lighter / Rogue-like RPG

1. Dark Quest 2 -  three player, turn based / strategy dungeon crawler.   Inspired by Heroes Quest!
2. Bit Dungeon Plus - Binding of Isaac style explorer.  
3. Warlocks 2: God Slayers - Haven't even tried this yet.  Give it a go?
4. Hammerwatch - Classic, retro dungeon explorer.  Has a Gauntlet feel to it. 
5. Blazing Beaks - Very popular Gungeon-like game.  Try it.  

Move into some deeper RPG

1. Diablo 3 - create new characters?  
2. Moon Hunters - Pivot into a personality test / roguelite?   
3. Neuro Voider  - Tons of depth roguelite.  Might spends a few runs on this one.  

Need a break from fast pased?  Move to Boardgames.

Feb 2022 Playlist

Try new co-op games first; 

1. Slayin 2- Start off casual.  
2. Dark Quest 2  - Start off casual.  
3. DOD Duke of Defense - Let's give DOD a try.  A little more depth.
4. Aegis Defenders - Let's give Aegis a quick go.  Not sure on this one.  
5. Moon Hunters - Pivot into a personality test / roguelite?   
6. Neuro Voider  - Tons of depth roguelite.  Might spends a few runs on this one.  
7. Blazing Beaks - Very popular Gungeon-like game.  Try it.  
8. Wizard of Legend - Really hard crawler.  Might try quickly; but move on.  Steep learning curve.

Create Torchlite characters.

1. Torch Light II -  Let's create characters and complete a first 2 dungeons. 

Create new characters in single player games; 

1. Hades - Let's try some Hades run under new character. 
2. Grand Guilds - Create new character and explore this new deck builder?
3. Dicey Dungeons - Create new character and do some quick runs.  

Pivot into already played/stapled games.   

1. Pixel Junk Monsters 2 - Create new profile and new run.

Dungeon Crawl / Hack N Slash / Roguelike

1. Slayin 2 -  Casual action adventure roguelike. 
2. Dark Quest 2 - Turn based / strategy dungeon crawler.   Inspired by Heroes Quest! 
3. Neuro Voider - Twin stick roguelike with lots of depth and customization.  
4. Torch Light II -  Solid hack'n'slash.  Awesome grinding, lots of gear.  
5. Moon Hunters - Personality Test / Roguelite.  Very interesting concept!  
6. Blazing Beaks - Very popular Gungeon-like game.   
7. Wizard of Legend - Difficult dungeon crawler roguelike 

Tower Defense

1. DOD Duke of Defense - Tower Defense.  Plays exactly the same as Pixeljunk monsters.  
2. Aegis Defenders - Action platformer and Tower Defense. 
3. Pixel Junk Monsters 2 - Needs no introductions. Tower Defense Classic. 
4. Yet Another Zombie Defense HD - Needs no introductions Action / Tower Defense.

Single Player (for downtime)

1. Hades - Top rated Roguelike with incredible progression. 
2. Grand Guilds - Deck Builder / SRPG - 
3. Dicey Dungeons - Casual deck/dice builder.  So much fun. 

Party Games

1. Overcooked 1 - Somewhat chaotic time management game.

2. Ibb and Odd - Puzzles and Platforming focusing on co-op play. 
3. Death Squared -  Fun, puzzler platform based heavily on co-op play.
