Batman: The Dark Knight [vol 2.] (2011)

The White Rabbit character has recently popped due to hear rumored appearance on Peacemaker 2.  I was lucky enough to find Issue #1 and #3 of this series which includes her first appearance and awesome cover.  I'm going to explore more of this awesome character.

In this gripping premiere from acclaimed writer Gregg Hurwitz and artist Juan Jose Ryp, Batman faces a formidable foe that bears an uncanny resemblance to his closest ally.

As shadows descend upon Gotham, the Dark Knight finds himself pitted against a ruthless adversary who wields familiar tactics and possesses an intimate knowledge of his secrets. The line between hunter and prey blurs, as Batman struggles to uncover the truth behind this enigmatic threat.

With every encounter, the boundaries between ally and enemy dissolve. Batman must confront his own vulnerabilities as he delves deeper into the twisted mind of his doppelgänger. In a city consumed by darkness, the Dark Knight must harness his inner strength to unravel the sinister plot that threatens to destroy both him and Gotham.

  3. This issue delves deeper into the psychological aspects of Batman’s character. We see Batman’s internal struggles as he faces off against an old enemy, The Joker, who has returned with a new plan that threatens Gotham once again. The issue explores themes of fear, control, and the fine line between justice and vengeance. The final panels ends with Batman attempting to locate poison ivy who might be behind the gas that is impacting the citizens of Gotham. On to issue 3 after I pick it up.
